This rehabilitation project from Arch. Eduardo Souto de Moura provided this historic building with modern and efficient facilities for the new uses of offices and retail, preserving its architecture and valuing the architectural characteristics that define it.
It is a building with three facades, with immense light due to the generous number of windows on all facades. All the floor plans are perfect for Open Space, wide, totally free of pillars or any other visual obstacles, providing total flexibility of occupation and interior lay-out. The various balconies on the top floors stand in a privileged position with fabulous views over Avenida da Liberdade, Praça da Alegria and the whole city of Lisbon.
