Hope Richardson joined EastBanc in 2015. She is responsible for the entitlement, design, and execution of EastBanc’s ground-up development and redevelopment projects, including The Silva, The Miradoro, and 700 Penn. A native Washingtonian, she is an active member of ULI Washington and DCBIA, and serves as a board member for Jubilee Housing, a non-profit providing deeply affordable housing in her neighborhood. Hope holds a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Public Private Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Architectural Studies from Brown University, where she won two NCAA titles in rowing.
