Philippe Lanier is the Chief Executive Officer of EastBanc, leading the company's North American portfolio and overseeing all company activities, including its investment strategy, development pipeline, and operations across real estate, technology, and lifestyle businesses.

Prior to joining EastBanc, Philippe spent over eight years combined as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America Securities, where he covered energy, refining, and shipping sectors, and served as an Acquisitions Manager at the European Office of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). From 2019 to 2024, he served as CEO of EastBanc Technologies, where he repositioned the business as an AI-focused professional services firm and led it through a successful sale to Solvd Inc.

Philippe grew up in Washington, DC and has been involved with EastBanc since 2007. He speaks fluent English, German, and Portuguese.
