Since joining EastBanc in 2015, Stephan has led construction of complex mixed-use, office, and retail developments in Washington, D.C., New York, and Toronto. As a member of the Executive team, he oversees projects end-to-end—from design coordination through delivery—and leads construction initiatives across the firm’s retail portfolio.

With nearly 30 years of experience in international real estate development, architecture, and construction management, Stephan brings deep industry expertise. Prior to relocating to the United States in 2014, he held leading roles in Germany’s real estate and architecture sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Engineering and applies a global perspective to delivering high-quality urban projects
